The trail offers a spectacular view over a body of water reminiscent of a fjord. The route begins in the forest then runs along Lac Tchitogama until the mouth of the Péribonka River. The rocky headland provides a panorama of the lake and surrounding mountains. Interpretive panels to explain the lake’s geology as well as the flora and fauna. The trail ends at Pointe d’Appel, where Lake Tchitogama and the Péribonka River meet.
